Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen is a traditional lambic brewery and gueuze blendery. With a long history dating back to 1887, the artisanal Oude Geuze and Oude Kriek are still produced here, for more than three generations.
The brewery is still situated “on top of the hill” in the village center of Beersel, while all the wooden barrels and vats are located “down below” in Lot, just a few dozen meters from the Zenne. This ensures that Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen is firmly rooted in Beersel and the surrounding area, and has become a household name in the international beer world.
Visits
The Lambik-O-droom can be visited for a good glass of lambic, geuze, or kriek, as well as older bottles. The tasting room offers a good view of the impressive barrel room, or you can opt for a guided tour (by appointment and for groups of 15 or more).
