Accessibility and safety

Beersel Castle is a true medieval fortress. This means there are many stairs, many uneven surfaces, and many wide openings. Please be aware of this before and during your visit.

A castle visit is not recommended for children under 3 years old. Keep a close eye on your children and do not let them explore the castle unsupervised.

All spaces are open and can be cold and damp. Make sure you are dressed accordingly. Also, wear sturdy shoes.
